Kin-Nection Waitlist & Referral Terms

These terms cover the Kin-Nection waitlist at kin-nection.com, operated by Kin-Nection LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We are not collecting payments or deposits, and joining does not reserve, purchase, or guarantee a product.

We do not yet have a firm ship date. Kin-Nection is in development, and the waitlist exists so that you hear from us when there is something real to say. If the product changes substantially, ships later than we hope, or does not ship at all, we will tell the list.

Your founding-cohort number

Everyone who confirms their signup receives a founding-cohort number. It reflects the order in which people confirmed, adjusted by referrals as described below.

The number indicates the order in which we intend to offer availability. It is not a contract, a reservation, or a promise of a product, a price, or a delivery date. We may change how the queue works, and we will say so on this page and to the list if we do.

Referrals

Each confirmed member gets a personal referral link. When someone joins through your link and confirms their own signup, your position improves. Unconfirmed signups do not count.

Rules:

• One signup per person, per email address.
• Share your link yourself. We never email anyone on your behalf, and we do not ask you for other people's email addresses. Send your link however you like — text, email, a message to your family group.
• No purchase or payment is required, and no payment will improve your position.
• Do not sign up on other people's behalf, use disposable or generated addresses, post your link to spam channels, or otherwise game the queue. We may remove referral credit, reset a position, or remove an account from the list where we see this, at our discretion.

We may change, suspend, or end the referral program at any time. If we do, we will tell the list.

Your information

We handle what you give us as described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we use it to email you about Kin-Nection, we do not sell it, and you can leave at any time using the link in any email we send.

Leaving

Unsubscribe from any email we send. Your position is released immediately. Your referral link keeps working for anyone you have already sent it to. You are welcome to rejoin later; your place is then set by when you confirm again.

Everything else

We provide the waitlist as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything arising from your participation in it beyond what you have paid us for it, which is nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If we change them materially, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date and tell the list.
